Helpful Information Regarding your Flower Delivery:
Same day delivery is available for orders received by 12:00PM. If you have a rush order after 12:00PM, please call us @ 1-800-275-6105, we will do our best to accomodate you if possible.
• Sales Tax- All orders will be charged 7.5% sales tax, regardless of destination of order.
• Order Changes- We are unable to cancel or change orders that have already been processed or delivered. if you must make a change please call us @ 800-275-6105, we will accomodate you as best we can. We are unable to accept changes via email.
• Substitutions- Sometimes it is necessary to substitute flowers in the event certain flowers or colors are unavailable. Colors will be matched as much as possible and flowers of equal value will be used. Your specified flowers always take priority.
• Payment- We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, House Account Payment or you can phone in your payment @ 800-275-6105
