Your order is very important to us.  We take pride in every order we fill for every customer, please call the shop at 845-561-3033 if you would like a delivery confirmation.  If you have any questions regarding your order please call.   It is always best to call to confirm your order has been received by us in the event something happens in transmission.
 

It is sometimes necessary to substitute a flower or color due to flower availability based upon your requested delivery date.  Please be assured we always match your order as close to the arrangement you have chosen.  If you have questions or concerns regarding the need to substitute flowers based upon availability please give us a call prior to ordering.  We will accommodate any special requests to the best of  our ability. 
 

Please keep in mind  we can provide SAME DAY DELIVERY for orders received by 1:00PM. We may be able to deliver same day after that time but can't guarantee.   If you are ordering on Saturday or Sunday or holidays, we can not guarantee Same Day Delivery due to our event schedule.
