Your order is very important to us.  We take pride in every order we fill for every customer.  If you do not receive a confirmation of your order by us, please call the shop at 1-800-275-6105 in the event a technical error occurs.
 

It is sometimes necessary to substitute a flower or color due to flower availability based upon your requested delivery date.    Please be assured we always match your order as close to the arrangement you have chosen.  If you have questions or concerns regarding the need to substitute flowers based upon availability please give us a call prior to ordering.  We will accommodate any special requests to the best of  our ability. 
 

Please keep in mind that orders received by 11:00AM are guaranteed same day delivery.  We can still fill your order if we recieve it after 11:00AM, however, a guarantee can not be made.   If you are ordering after 12:00PM on Saturday or ordering on Sunday or holidays, we can not guarantee Same Day Delivery.  We know how important your order is to you, so we will do everything we can to deliver promptly and courteously.  If you have a rush order, call the shop at -1-800-275-6105 and we will try to accomodate it.
