It is sometimes necessary to substitute a flower or color due to flower availability based upon your requested delivery date.    Please be assured we always match your order as close to the arrangement you have chosen.  If you have questions or concerns regarding the need to substitute flowers based upon availability please give us a call prior to ordering.  We will accommodate any special requests to the best of  our ability. 
 

Please keep in mind that orders received by 11:00AM, we can provide same day delivery **Please Note due to COVID restrictions, our same day delivery policy is subject to challenges.  If we are not able to provide same day delivery we will contact you. .  We can still fill your order if we recieve it after 11:00AM, however, a guarantee can not be made.   If you are ordering on Saturday or Sunday or holidays, we can not guarantee Same Day Delivery.  We know how important your order is to you, so we will do everything we can to deliver promptly and courteously.  If you have a rush order, call the shop at -1-800-275-6105 and we will try to accommodate it.
