Locally made Hudson Valley Chocolates.  All confections are handmade by Stephanie Glaisek, a French-American chocolatiere. Born in France, Stephanie always had a passion for chocolate and pastries- first for eating them, and then for creating them. At age 17, she became Henri Le Roux's ( the famous french choclatier) first and youngest apprentice. She since worked in Avignon, for the Blanes patisserie- chocolatiere. In 2000, she moved to New York and worked as a pastry chef for the Relais and Chateau Gudie rated Castle in Tarrytown.  Choose 4pc, 8pc or 15 pc. Price shown is for 15 pc
